These terms govern your application to list your agency on Fortivex and, if approved, your use of the Fortivex platform as an Operator.

This Partner Agreement ("Agreement") governs your application to become an Operator on the Fortivex platform and, if your application is approved, your ongoing use of the platform to sell tickets and manage your agency.
By submitting a partner application, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to represent the agency named in the application.
Submitting an application does not create an active agency account. Every application is reviewed by Fortivex before it is approved, typically within 24-48 hours.
Fortivex may approve, reject, or request more information about any application, at its sole discretion, and is not obligated to explain a rejection. Submitting false, misleading, or incomplete information is grounds for rejection.
Once approved, you are responsible for the accuracy of your routes, schedules, pricing, and vehicle information, and for honoring bookings made through the platform.
You must hold all licenses, permits, and insurance required by Cameroonian law to operate the routes you list, and must provide evidence of these on request.
Fortivex charges a platform fee on bookings made through the platform, shown to travelers at checkout in addition to your ticket price. Payout timing and method for your branch are set during onboarding and shown in your admin dashboard.
Fortivex may suspend or terminate an agency's access to the platform at any time for fraud, repeated customer complaints, failure to honor bookings, or breach of this Agreement. An agency still under review that is found to contain false information may simply be declined without further notice.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Cameroon, including the OHADA Uniform Acts applicable to commercial companies. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the competent courts at Fortivex SARL's registered office in Yaoundé.
