This notice explains what personal and business data Fortivex collects when you apply to become a partner and, if approved, operate on the platform.

This Partner Privacy Notice explains how Fortivex SARL ("Fortivex", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects data submitted through a partner application and, if approved, through your ongoing use of the platform as an Operator. It supplements, and should be read alongside, our general Privacy Policy.
Application data: your agency name and description, main branch city and address, and the contact name, phone number, and email you provide.
Onboarding data (once approved): a login account for the agency contact, and any routes, schedules, bus, and pricing information you enter to operate on the platform.
Payout data: the payment account details you provide to receive payouts for bookings made through the platform.
To review your application, communicate the outcome, set up your agency account if approved, process payouts, and provide ongoing support.
We do not use partner application data for advertising, and we do not sell it to third parties.
If your application is rejected, your application data is deleted. If approved, we keep your agency and account data for as long as you operate on the platform, and for a reasonable period afterward to meet legal and accounting obligations.
You can ask us at any time to provide a copy of your application data, correct it, or withdraw a pending application, by contacting [email protected].
